Tauler provides users with information about its specialized services in the conceptualization, design, and execution of architectural joinery using wood derivatives (MDF). The website serves as a portfolio showcase, offers aesthetic advice, and manages requests for custom projects.

User Responsibility

The user agrees to provide accurate information regarding the dimensions and condition of the walls or structures where the carpentry work is planned. Tauler is not responsible for delays or adjustments resulting from hidden conditions in the property that have not been previously reported.

Digital Quotes and Estimates

  • Figures or estimates provided through forms, WhatsApp or email are for informational and preliminary purposes.

  • A final budget will only be binding after a technical survey on site (taking actual measurements) and the definition of specific finishes and hardware by the Tauler team.

  • The validity of the quotes will be from 15 to 25 calendar days due to the fluctuation in the costs of supplies and materials.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to: project photographs, renderings, architectural furniture designs, logos and texts, is the exclusive property of Tauler.

  • Reproduction, downloading or use of these materials for commercial purposes unrelated to the brand is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

  • Designs proposed to specific clients are the intellectual property of Tauler until their transfer is formalized through the corresponding contract.

Execution and Guarantees

As specialists in space optimization, Tauler is committed to:

  • Using wood derivatives (MDF) and high-quality materials that ensure a balance between durability and elegance.

  • Complying with the manufacturing and installation timelines agreed upon in the individual project contract.

  • The furniture warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not cover damage caused by excessive moisture, pests, or negligent use of the furniture after delivery.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

For any dispute arising from the use of the website or the design services provided, the parties submit to the laws in force in the State of Yucatán.

Use of Communication Channels

You have the right at any time to know what data we have about you (Access), to request its correction (Rectification), to ask us to delete it from our records (Cancellation) or to oppose its use for specific purposes (Opposition).
